The all-in-one memory card reader connects to the internal 9 Pin male USB header pins on a motherboard or mainboard via a Female 9 Pin ( 2x 5 Row) cord socket.

1. Ensure that the connector is in the correct orientation on the Mainboard Header.
2. Ensure that the Mainboard USB Port Header is enabled within the system BIOS.
3. Ensure that the Mainboard has the device and chipset drivers correctly installed.
4. Ensure that a full computer restart has been performed since the card reader has been installed.
