This switch is a SPST momentary action, spring return switch, which is ideal for launching missiles.

A toggle switch is a type of electrical switch that is actuated by moving a lever back and forth to open or close an electrical circuit. Momentary toggle switches require continuous compression. Momentary switches will switch on when the user compresses the switch and will remain on only for as long as there is pressure on the switch. Once the pressure is removed they will switch off. A simple example of a momentary switch would be a doorbell, which automatically returns back to its resting “OFF” position when no longer actuated.
